Beautiful necklace. I was confused as to why the pendant came in a separate bag, the chain in a separate bag and all in a beautiful jewelry box. Most of the jewelry I order comes pre-assembled and properly packaged for display and gift giving. I understand that they most likely did it this way to avoid damage. However, if you are planning on giving this as a gift, be sure to open it, wrap it properly and attach the charm to a chain. Just my thoughts on the packaging. The chain is very beautiful
