Bought as a gift for my beloved granddaughter. She will like it, and if for some reason she does not, then it is unlikely! I'm happy to keep it. However, note that it's big and heavy and won't look good on someone who isn't long enough or thick enough to make a big bun. this big ornamental crest.

I ordered a gold hair comb. In the photo it looks distinctly golden or yellowish. It is not. It's a very clear rose gold or dare I say PINK. It would actually be very pretty with a light pink dress, but unfortunately the dress I need it for isn't pink, and it's not a "close enough to lie" situation. This is PINKKKKKK shit. The comb is also very well made and a good size. Great for wedding or prom but again WRONG COLOR. I would send back but unfortunately it arrived after the return deadline. So

Not a very accurate photo - much more colorful, shiny and expensive looks live. For me personally it is clearly a dark gold accessory and not light gold as in the photo. A lot of gold metal is visible around the flowers. Heavy and solid. It's actually a lot prettier than on the website, but it's a completely different accessory and not what I'm looking for! So it's not what I wanted or expected, but it's really nice.

The comb is a bit heavy and the teeth are longer than average. I have fine hair so that shouldn't be a problem. I bought it for our daughter's wedding and only wore it at home and tied my hair in a bun. I'm small in stature so the width isn't overwhelming. It appears to be well made, there are no stones. The gold is a bit darker than usual but goes better with my dress than light gold. It's really beautiful and well made.
