Of the 6 bulbs in the box, 3 were defective when fitted (in the last 11 months). I just used the last one that worked (two bulbs worked when installed but burned out after 11 months). I just installed the third and last "work light". I'm grossly exaggerating that the average number of hours per week that the bulbs (under the lamp in the kitchen cupboard) have been used is 10 hours. 2 lamps need to run 4000 hours (40 hours per week for a full year x 2 years).
