Really like the container itself, holds a lot and stays cool with an ice pack inserted (should be included). But my problem is the shoulder strap, after only two weeks and with light use it started to fall apart, probably less than 200ft of general use (car to office, about 20ft).

I really liked this bag until I used it at night. The next morning water leaked all over the basement. I really like the product, if not for a critical fault which I'm sure will be fixed by exchange. The materials that make up this item are excellent. I am excited for the next.

I buy Titan products all the time, I have this bag and the smaller Gray and Green are both excellent EXCEPT for the stitching between the back padding and the bag. Both bags are torn but I use them in extreme conditions. Both keep the temperature surprisingly well and can do anything with this bag, very comfortable.

I've owned it for five months now. It was the best lunch box I've ever had. It has lots of cargo pockets for all my work stuff and it's very cold! Edit update. This keeps food and water cold for two days. It has very thick internal insulating walls. I use the five pounds I have or pack and my water is colder than my fridge when I come back from a late night run at work.

The cool box arrived with a broken zip. I contacted Artic Zone customer service. After making sure the flash couldn't be replaced, they said they would send a replacement for the entire cooler. Also, the support agent told me that I would receive the same product or equivalent within 2 weeks. It's been over six months and I haven't received anything.
