👞 Ariat Men's Black Cherry Caiman Review

As this is Ariat's belt I was very disappointed. I love Ariat boots and I can buy that for the belt first. I was specifically looking for a black cherry belt to match my black cherry boots. What came out is really more like a two-tone belt that has a cherry-colored outer edge and ends with a black insert, rather than a solid black cherry color. I guess I have to fork out $150 for Lucchese to get an actual black cherry.

My second "real" belt (ie medium quality leather, prone to tearing) which is proudly made in China. It's thick and heavy, but slightly lighter than the last Ariat belt I bought. As with all Ariat belts, the buckle looks nice but is actually pretty light. The only issue I have with this belt is that it's more cherry than black. The body of the belt is black, but the top and bottom of the belt are cherry red (dark cordovan, auburn) as is the tongue and behind the keeper on the other side. Viewed…

Belt was only worn in January. It's already falling apart. It can't be real leather. I'll take a picture and post it. It hasn't even been a month since it fell apart.
