Pros
- This allows me & other employees here direct access when necessary without having someone else involved sometimes even bypassing managers altogether..it depends upon how well known each employee is across departments.but its nice being proactive instead waiting until things start falling apart
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
