This is a great muscle relaxant, my sister in law gave it to me 3 years ago for my sore shoulder, since then I've hooked my husband and sister and their 94 year old husband who can't live without . I recommend it to anyone who mentions to me that they are in pain will continue to use this product better than any pain cream on the market.

Aromatherapy Associates Stress Relief Gel is the best! It's expensive but worth it! I got it from Causebox and recently had to buy another one because we were almost out. My fiancé has had back problems (torn a vertebra and other problems) since a helicopter crash 16 years ago and tends to get knots in his shoulders. It helps relieve pain more than anything else we've found!

This smell relaxes immediately! I use a small amount before bed after stressful days and it really helps. You don't have to use it much to get what you need. I've also tried rubbing it on my neck when my head starts to hurt and it really helps. Lavender smells like real lavender, not a synthetic scent. This is something I will always have on hand.
