I like the product but switched to a cheaper product after I finished my first jar of cream. In any case, all you need is a small amount of cream on the tip of a damp badger hair brush and it lathers up really well. This, along with pre-shave oil and the right razor and blade, will give you a great shave every time. Again, I just accidentally switched to a cheaper product that gives the same results.

This arrived unsealed and felt like it had been used. Going back and reading some reviews I noticed the same issue. When I bought it, I didn't realize that there was a size larger for almost the same price. All in all, I'd say dollar for dollar, Kiehl's and Jack Black have better shaving creams for less.
