The down is nice and will puff up over time, but there's not really much point in wrapping soft down feathers in such a coarse material. Yes, it will keep you warm, but it will not ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Words cannot describe how lucky I am to have this comforter! You know the pictures in the ad for the lovely fluffy bed? This is what my bed looks like now. When this duvet arrived I was a little surprised at how small the box was - turns out the manufacturer vacuum packed the duvet to save space in transit - very much clever. After opening the vacuum-packed plastic wrap around the blanket, it quickly stretched and unfolded, although it remained crumpled for a while.
