Excellent Reflective Running Shoes

I recently purchased ASICS Gel Kayano Lite Show Running shoes and have been extremely impressed with their reflective design. As a result of using this product, I found that I can comfortably run at night without worrying about my visibility. These shoes are also lightweight and provide excellent cushioning, making my runs more enjoyable. The only con I have is the price, but I believe it is worth the investment for a quality pair of running shoes.

Do not hurry. Break-in

At first glance these shoes were too structured for me (I like the Nike Free concept but my ankles and knees need more support). After wearing them a few times and running about 15 miles total, I put them on and they have become my new favorite running shoe. Lightweight, soft on the inside, flexible on the outside yet supportive enough.

I would recommend getting a full size model from your regular female models.

I have worn several previous Gel Kayanos and ordered them the same size as my other pairs. They are definitely narrower, smaller and carved differently. I wore them for a week hoping they would give a little but they didn't. I never wore them again. My legs felt cramped and very uncomfortable. I would recommend taking the full size of your regular women's shoes and a half size larger than previous kayano models.
