Great blades at a great price. There are none in supermarkets. All shelves are hung with plastic machines. If you fill your hand, prepare your face, have a good razor in your arsenal, then the result is guaranteed. Got pros: Excellent blades. Proven by time. They shave cleanly. Very sharp. Has cons: It all depends on the type of skin and its preparation for shaving. I won't open anything new. The blades are aggressive when pressed too hard. The face needs to be prepared. Haste is not forgiven.

I read in other reviews here that the blades received were not marked. "Astra" was written in big letters on my blades. I was hoping these blades would work as they represent very good value for their current price and I was not disappointed! They're aggressive, which I like, but not as aggressive as the Feather Blades. I will definitely be ordering more of these babies!

Unbelievable price, no single use plastic and unlike most blades it's both sharp and smooth. No irritation! Wilkinson and Feather wanted to shave with broken glass, and anything else seems boring. This is my Goldilocks blade. The only minus point: I shave my head, use it as a safety razor with a blade and a blade hardly manages to shave. Good razor but too sharp Astra razors give a good close shave but I find them to be too sharp for myself. I shaved with these razors and then noticed some cuts after rinsing them off my face, next time I shaved more carefully and didn't cut myself but after a few shaves with a new blade I had a few cuts on my chin . I like sharp razors but not cuts so I switched to 7am and I like them better, I like sharks too. Astra razors look good quality but I don't think they are made for my face or skin…

I'm a feather lover myself, but I've bought several packs of Astras because I've heard so many good things about them. I'm not sure I could tell the difference in a blind test. I'll probably stick with the Feather because I think (I know I might be joking) that the Feather has a slightly better cut and I prefer the packaging that Feather uses (there is no used blade storage in Astras).
