What happened?: Coats, jackets and vests

I bought 2 of the same just different sizes (same color)... The first one arrived and was exactly as pictured. The second jacket came a few days later and was NOTHING like the first jacket. The stuff was so cheap and it was two tone...ugly as hell. I am definitely disappointed and would like a refund.
