💯 ASUS VG27VH1B: Adaptive Sync FreeSync, 165Hz Monitor - 1920X1080P Resolution with Blue Light Filter, Flicker-free Design and Built-in Speakers Review

This is a good monitor if you're just getting started with a 144-165Hz refresh rate. However, I am disappointed that it only has 1 HDMI port. When I originally bought this, I assumed that 2 HDMI ports were standard on all monitors. I wasn't fooled, I just wasn't paying attention as the pics show 1 Displayport and HDMI. otherwise I have no problems.

The monitor is perfect! I mainly use it for MacBooks with a damaged screen. This gives me the perfect "desktop" computer. Of course I had to use the PS4 Pro several times and was literally blown away by the look. If I decide to play now, I have a better chance of playing online with this monitor than with a TV.

This is a great curved monitor if you set it up correctly. Don't forget to restart your PC or laptop when you plug it in and it will work fine. It's a bit pricey, for $250 you can get a cheaper curved monitor and maybe even a good mouse, but I don't regret buying it. It performs well in games and has some interesting settings, such as a crosshair that can be adjusted on the screen or a frame rate indicator.

I upgraded from a 24" Curved Acer 144Hz and couldn't be happier. Not only do I get more screen real estate, but I get better graphics and response times. This monitor also doesn't have the flickering that the Acer monitor had .When I wanted to buy a second one they were sold out.I'm glad I got it when I did and just bought a second one from Newegg for the same price.

The quality is definitely perfect for gaming! The same goes for watching movies. The speakers on this little one aren't too bad, definitely louder than my previous monitor, but I'll probably still buy speakers for my monitor. The sound is almost good, but boosting it wouldn't hurt. The graphics are really good, mainly because you can customize them to your liking. Overall the best monitor I've ever had for a good price.

This monitor is so good but expensive but 100% worth it. i really like him I play Valorant and the resolution is amazing. I've had no problems and have had it for about a month now!

nice monitor, lots of useful settings, analog stick on the back for easy menu navigation. just buy it, you won't regret it.

My cats broke my Samsung monitor and I replaced it with this one because it was more economical. I wasn't disappointed with the color, graphics, or brightness. I play rdr2, fo76, ark, watch youtube and everything looks great. It's been about 3 months now, no crashes or screen issues. I'm watching a video about it.

If you happen to get a grant to buy this monitor for work, do so. I use it for work, gaming and streaming movies. I don't spend as much time playing games as I did when I was young. (Now I've joined the ranks of players playing the very difficult game called Life. I've completed a new achievement called Homeownership and sometimes I wish I had a save point.) When you're young, enjoy your freedom and play you as many games as possible. as you can.

I gave this 3 stars only because IT DOES NOT SUPPORT ADAPTIVE SYNC for gforce cards, contrary to the description that says gforce cards only give you adaptive sync over the display port cable connection, which this monitor only over D-Sub and HDMI connectors. no display port. It's still a good monitor for the price, but if you have a gforce card you're SOL for adaptive sync

Very nice and elegant monitor, the only downside is that if you have a Razer keyboard and mouse like me, there is no USB port on the back of the monitor. :/

Not that I needed anything other than a power cord, but the fact that 75 percent of the box's components were missing deserves a bad review, especially as I now have to wait two more days to get the power cord, what a shame Opening the box with no way to turn it on. Shame on you Asus. Get a quality check.

We love this monitor! It's a great price and the quality and graphics are amazing! It works well with new gaming systems and is fully compatible with them! Hertz on this monitor is proof of that! Take it, you won't be disappointed!

Just decided to stop working out of nowhere, only used 2 weeks. Then when I tested another monitor to see if it was my problem my dog spilled a drink on it so I can't return it but that doesn't matter. Worked well until it didn't work at all.

Nice sound for the monitor and the screen is flawless. I'm not sure I'd like the curved screen, but it was undoubtedly worth it. My screen is attached to a movable arm so I can adjust it as even slight glare can be an issue if positioned incorrectly.

I don't know if it's a good product or not as the buttons on the back don't work and I can't change any settings or inputs so I can't browse my desktop. Revain offered 0 assistance with a replacement and the product is obviously defective. Stay away from buying this.

Bought this as the main game screen for a dual screen setup for my computer and he loves it! His brother, who comes to visit us from time to time, is also enthusiastic about this monitor and is considering getting one for himself.

It has crappy sound so I tried to connect it to a speaker and it said it would come with an audio cable but there wasn't one. But if I tell you the sound is terrible, it's terrible. Spoke to support and they said I would have to send it back to get an audio cable which I didn't have. Otherwise it's pretty good. Good quality and space saving.

This product was in great condition and I would like to give it more stars but the description says it comes with an HDMI cable, an audio cable and a power cord. Our box had 2 HDMI cables but no audio or power cables. Was completely dumbfounded by this and had to find an old power cord to use.

Gave it to my friend for Christmas. I know NOTHING about games but he loves them and said I did a good job so I'll take his word for it.
