Erattic Receiver Volume Control

When people talk to me on this phone their voice gets very quiet and I have to ask them to speak up. I think I have hearing problems and I don't have any. I am considering returning this phone for a replacement or refund.

Pros
  • Landline
Cons
  • Expensive

Too difficult for elderly with poor memory

My father has dementia and is learning new tasks at the level of a six year old. I thought it would be a handy device aimed at the elderly because of the large buttons. But he can't figure out how to get to the directory where the numbers are stored, no matter how many times I show him. And he keeps messing up the answering machine. It was much easier for him to use his old AT&T cordless phone.

Pros
  • Office products
Cons
  • Not able to perform

It's easy enough for my retired dad to use with ease

Pros: -Easy to use -Big action buttons for basic functions -Remote access to messages -Advanced remote access control by dialing a second number Cons:- Worked 2 or 3 years and then didn't play the news on the base but let me dial and access the news. In general we are very happy with this phone. The service life probably corresponds to most telephone devices of this era. Not many people I know still have a landline, so it's great that there's still a basic, quality product out there.

Pros
  • Phones and accessories
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
