Gets the job done for my opinion

I bought this when my gym shut down as a cheaper alternative to the Bosu ball they had there. It definitely gets the job done as far as using it for stability exercises by itself or with dumbells, but the straps it comes with are totally useless in my opinion. They feel cheap and have almost zero resistance to them. I wasn't particularly counting on using them, so it doesn't really bother me. Plus since it has the loops on the sides, I imagine that you could probably buy other ones to attach if

Pros
  • Love it ! However, instructions would have been nice - had to goggle instructions
Cons
  • The product may be too expensive for some users

BOSU-quality at a fraction of the cost!

This half ball balance trainer is as good as the BOSU ball which costs about $150! The only difference is that the BOSU has a handle on the bottom for easier carrying but that’s not a deal breaker. This trainer (upside down or right side up) is perfect for pushups, planks, dips, ab work, squats, lunges, deadlifts, stretching and so much more! SO glad I made this purchase, this trainer has def helped me get over my at-home workout plateau during this pandemic! Tip: I found the pump included to…

Pros
  • It's a great product. It would be great to include instructions on how to inflate it.
Cons
  • The product may be too large to store in a small living space

Seems like a stable bosu ball. My main issue is that BOSU stands for "BOth Sides Up", meaning you can use either side to exercise on. I didn't realize that when I flipped this over there was all these little circular things on the bottom that stick out easily half inch. It makes quite a pain of trying to do some exercises where the ball side is down Also for what it's worth, the bands hardly stretch high enough to reach my waist (I'm 6' tall)

Pros
  • I'm not a fan of the bands that come with the ball.Other than that, it works well.
Cons
  • The product may not be sturdy enough for high-intensity workouts

I can do my physical therapy exercises at home with this.

I’ve been using one of these in physical therapy, so I got one for home. Love it! Can use it in between appointments at work or in front of the news. The hand straps are really helpful, too.

Pros
  • The ball is great well made gets the job done
Cons
  • The resistance bands may snap or break if used improperly

Great for working out and general balancing

Very nice balance trainer I’ve used a few times now and works great. I like how the surface has a kind of non slip texture to it - helps when you are sweaty! Easy to inflate too. I sometimes sit or stand on it when working on my computer to help with back issues.

Pros
  • BEGINGER FRIENDLY DESIGN - This Half ball is made of environmental-friendly and non-toxic PVC. Equipped with anti-skid upgraded cloud textured matte surface and 6 anti-slip rubber feet under the base which can prove your stability while you are doing exercise.
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may be too bouncy for some users

Good value for the money

Really like this Bosu competitor. Would have given it five stars except for the large, knobby feet that make it difficult to stand on the flat side because they take up so much room. Otherwise it holds air well, the bands are great and I use it a lot.

Pros
  • Works multiple muscle groups
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may put too much stress on the knees

Great durable product!

Great product for the price! Super sturdy and durable rubber. The raised pattern on the top is great for grip/traction unlike the original bosu ball which is much smoother.I don’t know why everyone complained about the pump. Yes, it’s low quality. BUT it pumped up the ball in 2 minutes and I’ll probably never need to use it again. I’m glad it’s low quality because it keeps the overall product price low!

Pros
  • loses air kinda quickly but it does the trick. sturdy, reliable.
Cons
  • The product may not be compatible with other exercise equipment

I use it all the time!

This item is great and comfortable to use for abdominal workouts. The air pump is not of best quality, but it does its job. The resistance band connection is of sturdy quality and a great addition to it.Also my dog thinks it's an awesome bouncing toy for him. Can't leave him alone with it.

Pros
  • Great stabilityThe pump was a bit difficult to figure out and is very flimsy
Cons
  • The resistance bands may be too short or too long for some users

Great addition to my little home gym!

Very easy to assemble and inflate. Are use it every day I really like it. It’s more stable than a set a ball And it doesn’t take up much space at all.and it doesn’t take up much space at all

Pros
  • VERSATILE WORKOUT TRAINER - Our exercise ball can support up to 660 lbs, you can do push-ups, squats, crunches, climbers, lunges, planks and many more workouts with it , and the 2 resistance exercise bands are aim to tone and strengthen your upper body.
Cons
  • The product may require a lot of space to use effectively

Just what I was hoping it would be. Looks like those in the gym. Came fast,, easy to set up and easy to use. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Great addition to at home gym just a little bit difficult to initially blow up
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may not provide enough stability for some users

Looks good good for me

I got this for a Christmas present. Haven’t opened it yet but I peeked inside the box, and it looks wonderful. I think my grandson is going to love this.

Pros
  • Because it's studded on the bottom you can't flip it over to use it as a bous ball
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may have a strong plastic smell

great option instead of a bosu ball

this is a great exercise ball thingy. I am used to using bosu elites at the gym and since none of us can leave the house right now i wanted something for home. I wasn't going to pay $150 so this is a perfect option that is half the price. The only thing i wish it had was the handles on the back side to flip it over and do push-ups or other exercise the utilize the bottom side of the half ball. They helped keep my hands from slipping on the bosu ball. It's not a deal breaker but if you are used…

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The product may not be as effective as other workout equipment

Pump is cheap and terrible

I use a product like this in the gym so I know how it works, but the pump it came with is horrible. There are NO instructions or guide on how to blow it up. And around the pump was a wrap to explain what the red nozzle and blue nozzle does. As you can see from my photo, BOTH are blue and neither side is blowing this up! Frustrated.

Pros
  • Provides a full-body workout in less time
Cons
  • The resistance bands may be difficult to adjust to the desired resistance level

Great customer service

Thank you Amy in customer support for your responsiveness and assistance with the promotional discount when I purchased two of the adjustable dumbbells and the half ball trainer. I recommend this manufacturer and well built exercise equipment.

Pros
  • Builds overall strength and endurance
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may be difficult to clean thoroughly

Good bosu ball for the price

Seems to be as good as the higher priced items. Easy to set up and bands appear to attach in a robust manner. Only minor quible is the provided pump is pretty rubbish, but it still got the job done in the end. Ball has stayed inflated for 10 days now, so appears to be good.

Pros
  • Improves coordination and motor skills
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may be uncomfortable for prolonged use

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for at home exercise

It was easy to inflate. I was worried it wouldn’t stay inflated but it has after much use. Very durable. Comfortable on skin.

Pros
  • Can be used for yoga and Pilates routines
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may be difficult to store or transport

Will Kick Your Butt in a Good Way

I didn't realize how much this would add to my workouts. I would have gotten one years ago. And these model is the most inexpensive balance trainer I've found. But it's by no means poorly made. I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • The band broke first week and hit me it the arm. So I had a welt there for s couple of days.
Cons
  • The product may not be comfortable for all users

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The pump is junk in my review

The ball itself seems like good quality,The pump is a joke. First off no instructions to inflate. The pump came with a cracked part. Good thing the ball seems to be good quality or I would return.I will say it arrived sooner than expected so that was nice

Pros
  • Supports both functional and aesthetic fitness goals
Cons
  • The half-exercise ball may not provide enough cushioning for certain exercises

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality and reasonable price.

Easy to pump, great quality, reasonable price. Great first balance ball to see if spending three times as much on a bosu is worth it. I don’t need a bosu anymore.

Pros
  • Serves it's purpose. I only hope it last!!!! Fingers crossed!!!!
Cons
  • Struggled to inflate it, but eventually figured it out. It seems a little smaller than Bosu brand.

Great option to BOSU!

I really like this balance trainer. It has better grip than the BOSU. It doesn’t inflate as big, so it’s a bit easier to balance with the flat side up. I haven’t used the handles yet. I like it!

Pros
  • Increases proprioception and balance
Cons
  • The product may be too noisy during use
