Looks like a decent 550 cable.

I liked it, for what you pay and get 100ft of it I would buy it again. I bought this to make laces for my boots and also to carry in my bug bag.

This is a quality cord!

This is a good thick quality paracord and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It also comes in different colors. i have flo yellow and very bright. I will buy it again.

Pros

Cons

suitable for recon

My son's recon team uses shoulder straps for his patrol colors. This cable came in handy for this project. Boys also carry a piece of rope with them for tying knots etc. and for other emergencies. It cuts easily and connects well with a lighter. The inner strings can be used for twine or other needs in a pinch.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Discontinued

Worst paracord I have ever dealt with

This paracord is by far the worst I have dealt with when trying to make bracelets to manufacture. It's extremely frustrating when it comes to Manny fusion as the paracord doesn't fit snugly into the end of the needle. In most cases, after pulling it through another strand, I'm left with the inner strands and not the whole paracord. I've used this method many times and can usually get it done fairly quickly, but when it comes down to it, it's a frustrating process that I sometimes just have to…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I have no dislikes for this everything is fine

The best paracord!

I think Atwood Rope MFG. This is the best paracord, it's stiff, easy to work with and the colors really are what they should be. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that when you first get a 100ft skein you have to spend about 15 minutes untangling it. If you just did a "butterfly strand" where you pull figure eights around two stationary objects and then wrap the last 10-20 feet around them. It leaves an inner marker for you to drag and the entire line is undone cleanly. I usually keep all my…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Negative gift

Strong cable but doesn't kink well

I use this paracord to run a dipole antenna through trees for ham radio users. It's definitely solid, a tree fell on it and it didn't break. It was impressive but my 2 complaints are that it creases badly and it would have been nice if they made a butterfly wrap as it got tangled up in a mess immediately after the wrapping was removed. The flex was terrible when trying to straighten the paracord because it kept tangling on itself. Definitely next year we will see how well it withstands UV and…

Pros
  • Great product
Cons

Lives up to the hype

I'm a paracord enthusiast and have a lot to learn. So, since you know there are many brands and sellers of paracord, I've tried a few to understand the difference between real and commercial quality which is unknown. If you do your research you will find many unknowns from many sellers claiming this is the best but I digress. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my second purchase and I was not paid by anyone for this honest review. I'm just blown away Far from customer service and an…
