Housing is waterproof but headset stinks

Of course it's waterproof, even after a few years. However, my headset stinks. It transmits sound poorly and is constantly in motion, which requires constant adjustment.

Pros
  • Only developed for Apple iPod 4G
Cons
  • Some problems

Conceptually pass/fail performance

Conceptually it's a good product but when it comes to adding music to your swim workout it's not the best. I was so excited when it arrived but spent most of my workout adjusting the brake bracelet or pausing to press the play button again as rotating the flap causes a pause. And the headphones don't give you consistent sound while swimming; which produces a somewhat annoying tinny noise after a few laps.

Pros
  • Dives to a depth of 10 feet or 3 meters
Cons
  • Appearance

Swimming with SV-iP4G

7-8 months ago I started swimming every day. After 1/2 hour laps it got pretty boring. The SV-iP4G helps me do 1.5 hour laps a day. That's wonderful! No leaks. No problem. I'll check their headset warranty as mine seems to have a short cord but I'm still very impressed with its performance. I have both an armband and waist belt to use while swimming and I like the armband best. I recommend it to anyone who asks for it at the gym, and I also recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time…

Pros
  • Waterproof, comfortable and durable headphones with silicone ear tips
Cons
  • Quick start guide
