While this cable is certainly not premium, it really is excellent value for money. While I had brighter sound out of my speakers on first listen after installation, I quickly warmed to the accurate, cleaner sound that cheaper cables offer. I recently upgraded my speakers with a pair of towers, a center channel and a Scandinavian style subwoofer. Upgrading the cable with them definitely made a noticeable difference.

AudioQuest is certainly a good speaker cable. But this one is absolutely not worth the price. The looks are nice, but if you look at the cross section, the conductor is very thin (14AWG? Not quite) and they have very few strands (thick). I also don't think it has a "coax" quality. Sonically, it sounds just like the Revain 14AWG in a normal situation. This is a good cable that works great with Audioquest 100 silver banana plugs. I was really surprised that the music (jazz and classical) was actually cleaner and more real.
