Both times I bought them they were missing a charm so only 99 when it was supposed to be 100.

My problem isn't with the pendants themselves. They all looked great and none were broken. HOWEVER I got 99 instead of 100. Don't buy if you need 100, that looks like a recurring problem from the reviews.

I would prefer to contact the seller if I'm not satisfied with a product, but I don't have that option here. :( If something doesn't live up to expectations I give 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. I give these little beauties 3 stars. The order was 100 and I received 96. 8 of these were unusable - due to chipped edges and deep Abrasion, actually I got 88 for 100 for that, but the print was very legible, would I recommend it, yes, but will report my disappointment, will I…
