Unit heats up well. mine arrived with no red light so the only way to make sure it's on is to touch the sides a few minutes after turning it on and make sure it's heating up. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up 1/2 if any of the packages are included. The included wax is rubbish but I wasn't expecting much (planned to buy a Starpile when I ordered just wanted a warmer one). I like this set because it has everything. Unfortunately, the wax heater turns on and off too often, no idea if this is a defect or an error. I had to turn the knob to very hot and then turn it down and it turned off and I had to turn this thing on about 10 times which made my wax take forever. The sticks are excellent, the wax beads not so much. They melt nicely but don't completely remove hair. I've been able to wax my brows a couple of times but the wax doesn't come off easily, it breaks…

Probably the best wax warmer I've ever bought! The wax balls included in the kit are in small quantities and if you work with a large area, the product will germinate quickly. The heating pad is very easy to use and I love that it has an auto shut off! For a heating pad, the beads and sticks that come with it are very beneficial and I would recommend people to buy them! Note: Wax beads still hurt, but not as much as other waxes.

I will never shave again! I had my first experience with wax beans in a salon. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to do it yourself at home with this kit. My legs are smooth as silk. The directions say to melt the beans with a heating pad for 15-25 minutes. I was pleased to see that they melted completely in 10 minutes, but let them sit for 15 minutes just to be sure. , At home!
