It's hard to see in the photo but it's not just pajamas. They can be worn anytime and are SO CUTE for babies. My daughter is 10 months old but is in the 97th percentile for height and weight so we chose 12-24 months (and they fit PERFECTLY). There are so many brands of children's clothing that vary in size and this was the first outfit since my daughter fit me the way I wanted. We bought this to use as underwear not pajamas. It's made of thick, soft cotton and my son says it's very comfortable. We first tried it at home (low 70 degrees Fahrenheit) with no clothes over it and my son started heating up right away so we had to take it right away. We've since used it under my son's light Halloween costume in fairly mild temperatures (low 60s) and it's kept him warm.
