My wife got this for her Ren Faire outfit, she is 5" 8" tall and weighs 140 pounds. She's always had a thin waist so it matched her last minute costume, but during the day when she drank water and honey she had turkey legs and things like that, she folded a little in the middle. We found out later that she Wearing belted sneakers to smooth things out helped a lot but wasn't as comfortable. But lots of compliments and she will wear it again with this outfit.

I love this strap and it looks great. I needed a slightly wide waistband as I have a long waist and I have a few dresses where I need to hide the waist of the dress a bit compared to my natural waist. It's great for that, but the material (not real leather as expected) is a bit flexible so it can fold in half and need adjusting if you get up from sitting. But it looks good and serves its purpose. Great quality but wish I had it in the box. I am a bony, flat chested, small, petite person, I am 5ft 4 inches tall and weigh about 100 pounds. My waist is 23 inches. I was the smallest size available and it didn't even fit me like it was supposed to, let alone define my waist like this product was supposed to. I bought this to wear with the little black school dance dress so I can't get something else in time so hopefully I can change it to fix it. It's a shame because it's a good material…
