This is an update of my review. Now that I've used this bag a total of 4 times, it comes undone at the handle. I am very disappointed because I love the bag and have only used it lightly without putting bulky or heavy things in it and the handle fits separately. Not durable at all.

I have khaki, the color does not match the photo. It's more orange. I don't know if I just got a dud, but it was a disappointment. This is a good size for a beach bag. I haven't put too many heavy things in it, but so far it seems sturdy. Comfortably over the shoulder. Maybe try a different color instead!

Unlined I'm sure it was due to carelessness but I thought it was lined so it wasn't what I was actually looking for. summer bag. Now I use it to carry my books and notebooks, but I often forget to take the pencil out of the notebook until it's hanging out of this bag. A pencil case would help, but I always forget.

Fashionable and durable. Looks great anywhere. Grocery store, bookstore, beach bag, etc. The knot tying in the bag could be improved. The ropes are very thick and long. So when there aren't many things in the bag, the pieces of rope sticking out look weird. The easy fix is to just cut them yourself! Otherwise there are no complaints. I've been using it daily for two weeks now and it's holding up really well. Will be updated if anything changes!

The bag is exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit darker as others have stated in the reviews but I expected it and I LOVE it in this bag. I have to put small items in something to keep them from slipping out, but if you have larger items (bigger than an index card) they probably won't get through. Any small items will definitely slip through the holes. If you think about it, don't hesitate to buy. I have searched many places/sites, this is a very reasonable price for this bag.

I ordered this to have an inexpensive, packable bag for my recent trip to Florida. The bag lies fairly flat and takes up very little space in your suitcase, which is great. The gaps between the ropes are a bit wide, so you need to put your things in a separate bag, otherwise things will fall through. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the bag looks pretty.
