They quickly became my vice. Besides the functional benefits, they are good for those who like to chew during the day and don't want gum with aspartame or the like. I have bought 10 boxes in the last 2 months! How strong they are seems a bit random. If you don't like its strength, just leave it out of the box for a few days. They can be a bit dry, but it brightens the flavor if that's what you want.

I liked buying these but they were too spicy for my liking. Too bad I couldn't see the ingredients before purchasing as they aren't on the product page. The back of mine says the following: Birch Toothpicks Flavored with Neem Bark Extract, Cassia Oil (Cinnamon Oil), Menthol, Peppermint Oil, Spearmint Oil, Fennel Oil. As you can see, they're impregnated with a pretty potent undiluted Cinnamon/Menthol/Spearmint+Spearmint Oil. They are very hot on my tongue and lips. I left 3 stars on this review…
