In the past I've usually preferred a solid piece of pure genuine leather, but sometimes even this company has a piece of leather covered with other PU/faux leather that can still be nice. The belt feels comfortable, the skin is not too hard and stiff. Looks great with both light and dark blue jeans. The leather is very stretchy and the buckle doesn't dig into the groin unlike some other belts I've had in the past. The color is slightly darker than the photos and slightly wider, so it can be considered for formal business or business casual wear. Otherwise a very nice belt for the price.

That's a really good belt. I was in dire need of a new belt. I chose this belt because of the size. The belt fits me perfectly. You need to make sure you take one size larger than you normally wear. I like that the strap has holes running the length of it. So if I lose too much weight, the belt still fits me. I use this belt every day and it works great. The clasp is very strong. I highly recommend this belt.

This belt was really a disappointment. I don't look for much in a belt but this one definitely disappoints. One would expect some suppleness or softness from what is supposed to be a real leather belt, but it feels very artificial and very stiff and stiff. It's also a lot wider than I expected. That's nice! This is a good choice for a belt with a wide strap and leather that feels extremely durable. The landing is the same as I expected. I'm still not sure how I feel about the look - it has holes all over it so it can be easily adjusted - but it definitely makes a statement. Most men will probably wear a shirt anyway, so it doesn't matter, but it's something to consider. So far it's worked well and I'm not worried that it will hold up in the long term.

The Alexander Zar belt comes in a beautiful gift box lined with black tissue paper. The color is a lovely deep black and while it may not be "top grain" it is real leather with a nice leathery smell. The leather is thick and the belt is wide, but it fits nicely into the belt loops of the jeans. The roller buckle has a matte vintage look rather than shiny chrome. High quality belt, just like others I've bought. There are many holes to choose from for precise tightness. I would possibly recommend ordering one longer than expected as I've found I only had a few holes to work with.

I ordered this belt a size up and it is the perfect size. Although with holes running the length of the strap I have options if it's too big. The width is good, goes through the belt loops on all pants. The buckle is simple but beautiful. Whether you wear it casually or for business, the belt looks great. I can smell the leather on this belt and when it arrived it was well dressed like it was a special gift for me.

My husband is thrilled with his new belt. It fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Can't comment on durability yet but will update this review if it doesn't wear well. Until then, it's a great belt that's dressy enough for work but just as good for everyday wear.

This is a regular everyday black leather (?) belt. I'm not sure if it's real leather. It also has a solid, leather-like feel. All my expensive genuine leather belts feel softer. Regardless, this is an inexpensive basic black belt that fits well and looks good. I'm happy with that.
