I ordered a full set of cartridges, the Revain return window was already closed when I found the yellow cartridge was defective and not working (although this was indicated on the printer reports). I contacted support and received a new yellow cartridge within a few days. Very happy with their response and the cartridges work great with huge savings.

The price is good but I get color toner bleed on my pages fairly consistently. Pretty frustrating but like I said for the price compared to OEM cartridges I'll be looking into this until I find a better alternative from other manufacturers.

The yellow toner cartridge intermittently left large yellow dots on the edge of the paper. This hasn't happened with cyan, magenta or black cartridges, only with yellow, but it's certainly a waste of paper and toner. I will not buy this product again. I gave 2 stars for the value because the others behaved well except for the leaking yellow toner.

If the device reports that one of the toner cartridges is defective, you will not be able to print with this printer at all. Shortly after I started using these cartridges, my machine reported that the magenta cartridge was defective. I contacted the seller by phone but have not heard from him and some time has passed. I bought the cartridge somewhere else and installed it. The printer worked perfectly, so the cartridge was permanently defective.
