Based on my observations, this swimsuit delivers nothing but disappointment .Despite claims of control and support, the fabric is flimsy and doesn't hold up well in the water. The design is unflattering and not at all stylish lacking any semblance of Women's Fashion. The only positive is the variety of colors available, but that hardly makes up for the poor quality. Save your money and invest in a better swimsuit instead..

For everyone who has problems with cup inserts that are too high and can easily be solved by removing the seam. There is a seam on the inside that is only there to hold the panel up, a few inches above the main band that runs across the chest. I used a seam ripper to straighten that seam and now the cups are lower and in the perfect spot. I'm attaching pictures but not sure how easy it is to see as my lining is black.
