My son is 5 months old but his head is in the 99th percentile so I ordered one size up (xs) and I'm glad that I did it. He's a great fit, but he still has room for improvement over the next few months. I like how the butterfly is adjustable. They are both well made from quality materials and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this brand to other moms.
