This is way too big for my preemie i wanted her to wear this too her first doctors apt but it was way to big an my preemie weighs in at 5pds 8oz

We dressed our daughter in this for a day of travel and it was so super adorable. It’s very soft and easy to get to a diaper change which is super convenient in a crowded airport. Not to mention the baby was running around dressed as a dinosaur

Loved this outfit and wanted to use it for my bringing home baby outfit, but the first one I received was size 90 (which is about 18-24 months) I ordered 0-3 months. I requested a replacement for 0-3 month and returned the larger size. I received my replacement today and it’s the same huge size. I took a picture of a European size 74/80 (9-12 months) for comparison. So unfortunately I’m having to return the second outfit as well.

You can tell this isnt a quality brand name item, just seems to be cheaply made but the ruffles on the shoulders are so cute! I got this for my 6 month old who spends her days sitting or rolling around on her belly and back. I dont think the pants with the tied bow in the front are very practical for her so we dont get much use out of them.
