Type of review

As a former mystery shopper, Baby Jogger has gotten many appraisal reviews for outstanding quality of merchandise! I searched needle in a haystack to allocate my first childs’ Baby Jogger Vue stroller in which he has used all his newborn to infant to toddler years as I just recently added two more twin children as a new mom of multiples. The weight distribution is light, remove and install of base and infant car seat is ambiguous to maneuver or use and the price (could be lowered) matches the…

Pros
  • ‎4 Pounds
Cons
  • The instruction manual that comes with the City GO 2 can be challenging to understand, which can be frustrating for parents trying to install it correctly

Hides dirt well in my review

I read online somewhere that the carseat was 6lbs. It's not and is pretty heavy but idk if I can even complain about weight if my baby is super safe. He is in 18m clothing at 8 months old and 28inches long and he fits well in here. He's so comfy that he falls asleep almost instantly when we put him in. The grey color does well at hiding dirt as we haven't washed it yet 😴

Pros
  • SecureStop Anti-Rebound Bar provides an added layer of safety
Cons
  • The buckle on the car seat can be prone to getting stuck, which can be frustrating for parents trying to secure their baby

Functional. Zero pizzazz.

Aesthetically, leaves much to be desired. Very plain and the hazard patches around the headrest are such an eyesore.Functional and works well with City Mini. Could be denser cushioning on the headrest.

Cons
  • The City GO 2 doesn't have any adjustable recline positions, which can make it difficult to find a comfortable angle for the baby's head and neck

Hands down love this car seat

We got this car seat because of the increased cushion, and it is compatible with the city mini jogger we wanted. Our little girl has loved it. I have complete confidence in how tight the base is installed. The large sunshade has been so helpful. I recommend it to any of my friends having a baby.

Pros
  • ‎Rear Facing
Cons
  • The expiration date on the City GO 2 is quite short compared to other car seats, which means that parents may need to replace it sooner than expected

Stylish car seat good for me

When I'm pulling the straps, they pull down on my baby's shoulders too much rather than just pulling the straps as a whole, it's weird. I just know that my child's other car seat made by Graco doesn't do that. Otherwise, my baby seats comfortably in the seat

Pros
  • ‎23.2 pounds
Cons
  • The seat can be quite bulky, which can make it difficult to fit in smaller cars or on smaller strollers

Straps & headrest are difficult . Somewhat expensive system

There's an issue with the straps tangling - and the headrest . However we searched online and found the solution . This was expensive bought with stroller . Wish I would have bought a different system. It's not bad just not worth the money .

Pros
  • Light weight EZ to handle
Cons
  • The City GO 2 tends to be more on the heavy side compared to other infant car seats, which can make it inconvenient for moms to carry

Beautiful and functional infant carriers

Beautiful and functional infant carriers. We bought two of them for our city select double stroller. The best stroller and car seat ever. It is very safe and functional. Larch canopy protects babies from snow, rain, wind or sun. It is little more expensive then some other brands, but well worth the money as my babies safety comes first.

Pros
  • 👌
Cons
  • The handle on the City GO 2 can be quite stiff, which can make it challenging to lock into place and carry easily

Short term car seat

I originally loved this car seat as it provides all of the necessary cushioning that you need for your new baby, however, my daughter is only 6 months (20lbs, 27.5inches long) and can no longer comfortably fit since the head piece is not detachable. I realized months ago that she hates car rides because of this seat being so snug on her. So get this seat if you don't mind buying a new one long before your child's 1st birthday or if you have a smaller than average size baby. Otherwise, I…

Pros
  • ‎5-Point
Cons
  • The seat can be challenging to install correctly, which can be overwhelming for first-time moms and caregivers
