I set it up well, but when it came time to roll up the play area the handles were SO hard to squeeze. And they're fully padded, so you can't tell exactly what you're doing. Once I actually fold it, it doesn't even fit in the bag because while the top corners come together, the bottom ones don't for some reason. I checked the instructions and there is no explanation for it. So now all I
