I shave with it every day and it's the closest to the blade. This is a great daily shaver for those who love a clean shaven face. Not for 3-4 days of growth but better for a person who shaves daily. Outperforms Braun 9 and Panasonic Arch 5 in density.

I was skeptical at first but immediately they are amazing! I didn't think they were better than GoldFX but they have proven to be higher and higher! You will not be disappointed!

The blade is still razor sharp. I've been a hairdresser for over ten years and this is the worst design I've ever seen. Even if the moving blade is retracted, the fixed blade will grab the follicle and cut the person. I even bought another blade for it, same error. The engine, power and design of the machine are perfect, but if you can't make a blade that can safely slide across your skin, what's the point? Lines only? Babyliss should stay true to the salon. What a waste.

Just bought the FX3 trimmers which instantly grab the hairs on the back of the neck when shaving with the back of the blade. I tried twice to adjust the blade but the problem still occurs. any advice? Wrong blade? Need help

As a hairdresser with 17 years of experience. This is the first cordless trimmer that I love and cut like my corded ones. I've had and have all the trimmers, but I don't like them all. The only downside with them is charging. Most trimmers come with a charging base and need to be plugged in, no big deal. I just love charging stations.
