this is a pretty little skirt. This is perfect for my daughter and she loves wearing it and saying she feels like a princess. I bought this one a little bigger so she could grow into it and not just have to wear it for a short time. We just pull him higher around the waist so he doesn't trip over it when walking or climbing stairs.

The fit/length/quality is excellent. Online shopping is usually difficult and I was in for a nasty surprise when shopping for clothes for my petite granddaughter. I ordered a product for her and it fit perfectly. The material is a bit lighter than expected but suitable for summer weather. The length really worked in this case - just above the top of the shoe. She can grow a few inches and she will still fit and look great. Best of all, she loves him. Wow!

My daughter bought one of these skirts for her OCC box last year but was so disappointed with the quality of the fabric and fit that she asked for almost the same price a seamstress with Etsy who sewed her a denim skirt for OCC this year. If you have time to wait for a better design, this skirt isn't worth $40. We expected much better. The fit is also slightly narrow over the hips. Our experience is that an XL skirt is more like a fitted 12 or 14.
