Great idea but made for smaller backpacks

This is a great buy but definitely made for a smaller backpack. I bought it to carry my backpack after my neck surgery. I'm a guest at home so I wear it full time. It just didn't work for me. My bag was too big and when I finally found a way to attach it to the wagon, it was too heavy to stand up on.

We ordered 2 of these

We ordered 2 of these and one child doesn't like it. Another uses it, but the base isn't big enough for her backpack. My husband added a piece of MDF (just thinner) to make the base taller to accommodate the backpack. The straps are not suitable for the backpack we use (Jansport). In general, we're glad we have them. Just not as perfect as we had hoped.

Good product would buy again

I used to buy a bag/cart combo but it was too big and heavy so I bought it with a good sized backpack, that I use for work. It is durable and lightweight, easy to fold, which is very convenient when you travel. The only improvements I would suggest would be a black version, the buckles for the strap don't fit well through the holes in the base so it's quite difficult to buckle up.

So far so good on flat tiles. Climbing stairs will be a challenge. The report will come later.

The backpack trolley did not come in the box but was reboxed by Revain. Also arrived with no instructions for use or assembly or warranty information and was definitely missing two screws needed to assemble. No doubt they were lost in Revain's warehouse through no fault of the seller. I was able to figure out the assembly, provide my own screws, and assemble my daughter's backpack in 40 minutes. Cheap junk of travel accessories

This wagon is full of junk. In the beginning it was almost a month. When this happened there were almost no instructions, but we figured it out. Next, there should be 2 screws for attaching the aluminum handle to the base, and there is only 1 in the box. But the biggest problem is that one of the shafts is bent and three wheels do not turn. We bought this video for my 5 year old to bring to school with an iPad, a handful of papers and a sandwich. I don't know if the rod was bent initially and…

Good quality, works well but does not take off the backpack quickly.

Due to Covid, schools are forcing my young children to bring everything home from school every day. The bags are very heavy, which helped a lot. The downside is that there's no way to quickly take it out of the cart or just hang it on your back. I knew that before I bought it. We didn't bother putting it on because it seemed more time consuming and difficult to take off and put on.
