🎋 Versatile Bamboo 2 Step Stool: Enhanced Safety and Easy Portability Review

Looks like a normal product. I weigh 195 pounds and would bother me about more weight than me as it creaks a bit when I step on it. I wish it had heavier support for each stage, maybe a little thicker and a routed channel for the stage to sit on or something.

The holes did not match, it would be very easy to break the threads. We almost gave up and sent it back, but my husband was determined to make it work and drilled larger holes so he could screw in the screws. Gave it three stars because it's a very nice sturdy chair if you have time to get ready.

When we put this ladder together, we really liked it. The packaging says it came with instructions. They weren't. I posted a question on Revain questions and another customer said there was a video on the Revain website. I found it and when I saw it the stool was easy to assemble. I almost sent it back before I found the instructions.

Fairly easy to assemble but I was missing 2 of the 8 cross bolts (or slotted) needed for assembly. I was able to go to my local hardware store and buy similar but slightly longer cross dowels to get it working. Otherwise it looks ok now, but I'll see if it holds up well in the next few days.

I bought this for my grandchildren to use in the bathroom sink to wash their hands/brush their teeth. Was very impressed with the quality of this step. Instead of small lock nuts, it has bolts that screw into a metal insert. Easy to assemble and very durable. All rounded edges and handles make it easy for girls to move it in place. They like being able to get up and wash their hands. Good product!

It was very easy to put together and there is a youtube video to make sure I get it right. It's wide and strong enough for my elderly mom to fit in my SUV. It's hard to find a ladder for the elderly that's wide enough to step on and strong enough to feel safe. It's the best I've found and we use it often.

Instructions are clear and should in theory be easy to assemble. But if the holes are not drilled correctly (centered), this is not possible. I spent 2 hours assembling it because my daughter really needs it, but I don't waste my time anymore. I also hate wasting time sending stuff back. So yes, my first experience with a product here was bad. Purchase at your own risk. 2 stars.
