Extra small. According to the manufacturer's size chart, my child should be a size 100 (4 to 5 years old). My child is 3.5 years old and he is small in shoulders, torso, under arms. This suit suits a girl for gymnastics and the Baytard is my favorite parent for a simple way of making the child feel appropriately covered. The only problem is using the restroom, obviously the one piece outfit is more difficult to put on and take off, but it was loose so it was perfect.
