This is my daughter's prettiest tutu/dress. The picture is wrong! I will order it in any size to make sure she has one that she grows into. I have bought several different packs from this company and they have all held up well through the wash. The skirt opens by itself and is very wide, as in the picture. This tutu is very pretty but you can't wear it without something underneath. The top mesh was sewn below the bust line, leaving the baby's chest open. My daughter really liked this tutu so we ended up keeping it. Pros: My little one was thrilled when she saw this tutu and she just loves it.
