Baomain DH-670 DC 0-50A Analog Amp Panel Meter with Shunt – Reliable Current Ammeter Solution Review

The gauge was accurate straight out of the box. Tested with a true RMS meter. Although it is regulated. This meter has no built-in light sources. I used my own shunt although the one supplied is fine.

I would give it 5 stars but ended up having to calibrate the shunt to the meter. The factory should have done that. Nowhere in the ad does it say this should be done. Good thing for Google. The seller must inform the buyer of this.

Used to measure the 12v current from my SUV's hitch plug to my trailer. Works well and seems accurate enough for my use. Be sure to use thick wire. I used 10AWG. This reduces the voltage drop and offers slightly better current measurement accuracy.

These panel meters have been tested and found to be in good working order. The display is clear and easy to read. Panel meters have a plastic housing and are light in weight.
