Soft soap received today, both bottles were broken. What a mess. They went straight into the trash can. There's not even a way to go back. Very very disappointed.

Registered less than a week ago and both bottles are already more than half! Watered down and very poor value. I think the cost was factored into the pump. I use a similar pump next to the kitchen sink for dishes. When filling, very little soap is poured into the bottom of the bottle; the rest is tap water. Maybe you could refill the bottles with shower gel in the same ratio - fill the bottom of the bottle with shower gel and add regular tap water. I will not buy again. I've just used two…

I had another pumpkin scented hand soap and wanted to buy more but couldn't find it. So I tried it instead. The smell is terrible. :-(

Our favorite soap scent so far; We would definitely use it all year round if we weren't using it during the winter season!

When I opened the outer packaging, I found that the bottles were leaking. Seems to be a leak around the pump. There was soap in the inner packaging although it was attached to the inner bag which was a mess. They appear to lick when tipped. Pretty dirty.

If you want to smell like autumn, this fragrance is for you! I love this scent all year round, but I try to keep it seasonal as much as possible!

I love this Bath and Body Works news item! The foaming hand soap is amazing and the bottle lasts quite a long time before running out as many times as our family washes their hands with it!

I like the product but the packaging should be better, it all leaked in the box it came in. So I only got half a bottle. But it smells good
