Container/cartridge has black streaks all over it. I have cleaned the roller several times and the lines keep appearing.

I bought this cartridge as a backup, I was waiting for the current cartridge to run out, I installed a new cartridge and my printer won't print until I shake him. cartridge and also it is very light, wait until it is full. is the return date. :(

Ordered two of these toners. The first one worked - it seemed for a relatively short period of time, it's ok, it was cheap. I used a second toner and it didn't work at all. On examination, it was slightly different from the first, and the "chip" appeared to be missing. We tried reusing the chip from a previous toner but it still didn't work. Back to the original toner requirements as we had too many issues with toners from other brands.

I ordered this as a refill for our office printers. At first it worked pretty well for about 5 prints, then I got an error on my printer. I've tried absolutely everything, cleaned and reinstalled the printer. Nothing yet. I put my old toner back in the printer as I might still be able to get a copy or two of it. Nothing. My printer is dead. Of course I buy them in advance, so it's been more than 60 days and there's no possibility of a refund. I am extremely disappointed! I do NOT recommend this
