I've been using this beard oil for about a week and overall it's good but not quite 5 stars. I've used a variety of beard balms and oils over the years and Kave seems well made and has a nice if industrial scent (see below). The oil is light and absorbs well into my beard. I don't notice my grey-white beard darkening like some products do. The aroma is exactly the same as in the old men's barber shop. I have been dabbling in beard care products for a few months now and previously came across Kave Beard. The last product I tried from Kave was excellent and I wanted to try it and it did not disappoint. This oil has a nice and clean scent which I really like and in addition to softening my beard it has made my face look great. I have not noticed any residue from this oil. I'm glad I found Kave Beard's beard care products. Ouch! And lastly, the comb is pretty cool.

Amazing! I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and was a bit nervous that it might not be a guaranteed 'good' gift but this oil and hairbrush are truly amazing. I bought after reading the reviews and I have to say these guys are really honest! I was surprised to see a really well made bamboo comb and the comb alone should have been the price of what both products are. And oil... This was my second purchase of beard oil from Kave, my first bottle smelled really nice but unfortunately I forgot when I was at the hotel so I bought a second one. The second bottle had a very unpleasant smell! It still softens the beard and grooms well, but I wish they matched the product! The wooden comb is of high quality and very comfortable!

The first two were great, the third. Everything you want in a beard oil and more. Smooth, silky feeling on the skin and a pleasant smell. But the third was a slap in the face with dirty laundry. Sensation where you wash your face and bread at least three times before rubbing your face with a belt sander. The smell of unfiltered and stale vegetable oil from a month ago. I keep wondering what the hell went wrong.

I've only used the products, bought both the shampoo and conditioner a few times but I have to say I'm very impressed. I got this because of constant beard dandruff. I have tried many different products but this one seems to work the best. After one use, I no longer have white chips on my black shirts. I also use brow conditioner and it seems to work better than most products I've tried to stop flaky skin.
