It's okay, buy it. Perfect for 01 Lux

Buy this over any special ebay mount. This bracket is as close to Honda factory specs as I could find. I spent money on DNA mounts on eBay and after a month I was having excessive vibration because it was too soft and sounded like the motor and gearbox were falling out. This Beck mount along with the Beck motor mount solved my problems and is worth every penny. A month later and zero problems.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Out of style

Close, but not exactly OEM.

I installed this bracket on my 05 Civic. After disassembling everything I found that they are not quite the same as OEM. (See attached picture, on the left is the old bracket and on the right is the new bracket.) As you can see in the picture, the counterweight bracket is missing. After an hour on the phone with Honda they said there was no reason and they couldn't prove they would install and reinstall this counterweight. Aside from this issue, it looks identical to the removed OEM.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Not bad

Excellent quality. I called Honda dealers in town

Excellent quality. I called Honda dealers in my area and they all wanted about $90 for this part. I've read that most of the time, Beck Arnley actually distributes parts from the same factory as the automaker, so you can buy OEM parts for a lot less. I can't say for sure if this is the case with this part, but compared to my original Honda part it is identical in every way (in appearance). It even has a stamped Honda part number (50805-S5A-033). Installed and works great.

Pros
  • Normal price
Cons
  • Hard to tell

wow actually fits quite well!

, it looks a little different but it will fit the 2003 Honda Civic 1.7L Automatic if you notice it doesn't have a small bracket for this engine mount lock. It's not really necessary, it was just something annoying that was preventing you from removing the motor mount. You should order the motor mounts individually and check the reviews on each one. don't buy them as a set. some fit and some don't. Transmission Mount - The Beck and Arnley engine mount pairs well with the Autozone front mount. it

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

The transmission mount worked on my Honda Civic LX Coupe Automatic

Attached to my car (2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Automatic) with no problems. As another reviewer mentioned, it didn't have holes for the piece of metal that comes with the OEM kit. As the same reviewer mentioned, this piece of metal is really useless. It has no connection to the car or transmission. It literally just forces you to undo the two extra bolts to remove the bracket that connects the gearbox to the bracket, that's all. The car drives well and feels a lot stiffer. My stock transmission…
