Good replacement OE

Fits well and works well. It doesn't look as powerful as the factory original, but that's ok. Put 140k+ on parts with no issues

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Has problems

Overall Strength

Not as important as the one that was replaced I don't know if it matters, just let everyone know if you have an Odyssey Etc pilot, you will find that this replacement thermostat appears very small , I'm going to replace it with an OEM Honda and for about two or three years I've been in no mood to pull it out again

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Dull Packaging

Identical to OEM Best in Thermostats

This thermostat is exactly the same as the original OEM unit. It has the all-important two-way oscillating valve that not all replacement parts have as they should. I installed it along with my planned timing belt/water pump change and it's stable on the gauge. A good product from a reputable manufacturer. .

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works like the original

This replacement thermostat is superior to other (cheaper) replacement thermostats as it has a rocker valve like the original. And it's just better built. I tried a cheaper alternative that didn't have a rocker valve and the overheating issues returned. With the new thermostat, the system has vented properly and I don't have to keep an eye on the temperature gauge all the time.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
