I ordered 2 bracelets. Black leather with lettering was fine. Given as a gift. The second bracelet was ordered with brown leather and lettering. The lettering was ok, but it also came with black leather. Should have been a gift. Disappointed but the return/exchange process etc takes too long. Stays the same. Do you just want the seller/agent to double check? The black bags that came were ok.

I bought it because visual things motivate me, so I was very excited when it arrived today. Unfortunately, the clasp was visibly broken, making the bracelet unwearable. Luckily I had an extra clasp to attach so I didn't have to fiddle with the return. I guess no one tested the quality and functionality of the clasp before shipping, so that's frustrating. I'm not usually quick to upload photos or reviews but I received this bracelet today and it exceeded my expectations. They paid close attention to how to surprise the buyer with the packaging as well as the quality and beauty of the bracelet. Black bad in which it came, excellent quality. This is the default package. The metal part of the bracelet has been protected with a layer of plastic to prevent scratching, the bracelet is very beautiful. I will buy more for friends. Thanks

My great granddaughter loves hearing it said to her after saying "I love you" so the bracelet was over the top. She almost burst into tears and put it on immediately.

Given as a gift. Unfortunately it didn't fit and we tried loosening the straps but they were still too small. They tied it to her wallet. Good quality.

I have stupid small wrists and often can only wear children's bracelets. But it fits very well and the band is soft. I was afraid the plate would bother me, but it's not heavy, pointy or anything. Very satisfied.

The bracelet is beautiful and the clasp is easy to use, however the knot that connects the quote metal plate to the rest of the bracelet has been untied several times. We tied the knot several times, but in less than a week, without us noticing, the knot came undone and the bracelet was lost.

It comes in a nice bag. The slip knot slides easily. Unfortunately, the writing on the bracelet "You are braver" is too small.

2 weeks after receiving the goods, it fell apart. I've worn it maybe 5 times so it wasn't of heavy use. There is no way to fix it. waste of money!

I don't like everything but the packaging! It is so small that it is impossible to read what is written on it. This is a piece of leather fastened with a thin knot. Worst purchase for my morale ever! But. It came in a large black velvet pouch that cost more than a bracelet.
