Very compact! good for computer accessories and peripherals

I love how compact it is and how it allows you to connect your perpetual HD drives on both sides instead of horizontally where you only connect to one side can make a knot . With this hub you can make connections from 3 sides. It works great when you put it in the middle of a shelf and then plug in an external hard drive on either side without tangling the cables.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Some little things

Beautiful and practical, but the connectors need to be further apart.

So 7 ports. What I didn't like is that the ports are so close together that it's difficult to put 2 USB sticks next to each other. I had to use a thin extension cord. It came with a wall plug and I don't know why. My brother-in-law explained to me that it's important to use a plug into an outlet so I don't burn it with so many connectors. The only reason I lowered the star rating is the proximity of the USB ports, which forced me to plug in a flimsy extension cord to connect USB sticks…

Fantastic buy for computers and accessories

Fantastic buy for those who want to add 3 or 4 more USB slots to their PC and don't need another external power source (powered by the internal USB bus) good quality and more serious Manufacturer. Nice and light weight (may get stuck in USB socket when NOT ACTIVELY used) and no extra instructions needed explaining purpose and operation. A fantastic purchase for a PC user who needs a few more USB slots.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Can be harmful

Attractive and slim

A good USB hub that works seamlessly with the Apple Multiport Digital AV Adapter connected to iPad Pro and MacBook Pro. Requires no external power and charges my iPhone X and PS4 controller. It's USB 2.0 only, but that's all I need for my main devices. Also, it didn't add any input lag to my devices at all, which was very important to me. Belkin is a company whose products are often sold in Apple Stores. 5 Stars.

Pros
  • understandable for older people

Broken USB Hubs: USB Hubs

I bought this for a new computer. It took me a while (months actually) to get a new car working amid the pandemic. Yesterday I finally found out that out of the four ports on this device only ONE is working. Of course it's too late to go back, so I ran out of money. I have to take the one that was on my old computer and throw it in the trash where it belongs. Should have read the negative reviews more carefully before ordering. I'm very sad because Belkin was a name I could count on.

Pros
  • Cool Product
Cons
  • Frequency

Great for my app

Nice and light. It is glued to the underside of the table top with Velcro. So far no problems. I mainly use it to charge devices, but also for my USB mic and occasional USB stick recording. So far no problems. Much better access than the gymnastics required to access my iMac's USB ports.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Ideal for powering standard USB accessories.

Ideal for powering a smartphone accessory. For example, a USB to Lightning camera cable with a USB to Ethernet adapter - without a hub, the adapter uses too much power, but works with a hub. Many USB 2 hubs are older in design due to the introduction of USB 3, but what makes this product great is that it's a new USB 2 hub. It is RoHS certified and the power supply is 5V 1A. This power supply is included This hub is very compact. Since most smartphones and tablets are limited to USB 2 transfer…
