If you have a compatible iPhone and iWatch, you need this. If you have a black iPhone, take the white/opposite charge foal. Same color and you may not realize you don't have phone and leave it charged.

Ordered just plug and play no problem but the dock doesn't always charge my iPhone XS Max. It keeps stopping charging, my watch keeps charging and my headphones keep charging but my phone won't charge, I returned it for another one and it has the same problem, it charges for a few seconds then turns off. charged for a minute and then again for a few seconds, and this cycle repeats itself. It will eventually charge fully, but it's definitely not fast.
