I bought this with some hesitation but it was a pretty good product. However, compared to others I've used in the past, it takes longer to kick in, which led to more hesitation. After applying it, however, I got warm after about 20 minutes. like a private hell! So make sure you wear clothes that you don't mind sweating in when you wear them. Additional impetus - BUT.

My friend who is an amateur boxer recommended this to me. Many trainers at his gym use it and he has told me about it when I increase my fitness training. I use it on my flanks and inner quads as they are my weak points. I have to say that there is an increase in density in these areas. Remember - you have to make an effort! It's not a secret weapon. Big! Is working! Moisturizing! Great deal for the price!

Wow! It's so amazing! I use it daily while exercising with a sauna belt and sweating (that's what I want!). I have very sensitive skin which is why I was so dreading trying it. Before applying it to my stomach and thighs for the first time, I applied a decent amount to the inside of my wrists and waited 20 minutes to see if I had any reaction, thank god I didn't!
