I like these shoes but the heel seems wider (loose) than a pair I bought a few years ago huh was disappointing. The heel lift on the back of one model (I bought two) was higher than the other, but both were looser at the heel than my old pair. The same dimensions. I love these Ben Shermans, I wear them barefoot with shorts and a polo or t-shirt. Comfortable, stylish, so I bought another pair in a different color. Plus what a deal, paid $27 for one and $29.00 for another. Worth every penny!

I have an above average arch, these shoes were uncomfortably tight to the point I thought I might ruin the shoe before I could return it. If you have high arches I would advise against buying them.
