Stay Don't Stray Primer: Lock in Your Concealers & Eye Shadows with Benefit Cosmetics (Light/Medium) Review

I used to buy this from Macy's Benefits Department but they no longer stock it. I use it for its intended purpose and also as a concealer.

When I ordered this item the dispenser version was described and I got the stick version. I've used both in the past and prefer the pump as it's difficult to get to the last one with the wand. I also ordered Light (the lightest color) and got a light/medium shade that is too dark for my complexion. Not worth the hassle of sending it back. Next time I'm going to Sephora.

I've tried every concealer in the world. It's liquid gold! I got it as a primer and it works well as such, but I've also found that I often get away with just using it. The only problem I had was buying from ebay and the consistency was wrong. Turned out to be overdue. (can be checked online by batch number).

Still in love after all these years. Easy to use. Holds the shade in place and the liner doesn't drip. Also, my face doesn't seem to get greasy during the day!

I have deep set eyes and my eyelids are darker than my complexion. On the movable cap, I prefer to wear lighter colors to make the eyes stand out. This is the best product I have found to keep the eyeshadow color real and really show through. It's more expensive than drugstore brands, but it's worth it. Sometimes I don't even put shadows on it.

This eye primer doesn't live up to its reputation. Only works about three hours. Not the whole day. It's too expensive to reapply every three hours throughout the day. I was very disappointed.
