I originally got a sample from Ipsy and I really liked it. I then bought this full size. You apply it similar to mascara but for the eyebrows. I really like it, it looks natural and fills in rare areas of the eyebrows. My eyebrows have gray hairs and it covers them up and looks natural. Doesn't smudge all day and rinses off easily in the shower.

For $25 I was expecting a full size product in factory packaging. What I received is much smaller than the standard size and packed in a ziplock plastic bag.

Advertised in the "Product Description" as 1.44 ounces (full size) for $23.88, I was sent a "sample size" which is 0.1 ounces. ! I have requested a refund. Judging by the reviews, there are a lot of complaints about it. (Wish I'd read them first! But I like the product so I figured I shouldn't.) That's debatable. Why is this happening when there are so many complaints about it? Some of them came out a few months ago so I don't think this is a new edition! :(

I don't know what was going on with this thing. I have bought this product before and I was delighted. However, this was different. It seemed almost empty when I received it. Didn't cover it either. It didn't come in a box, which didn't seem to be a problem, but I have a feeling someone snagged a defective ticket from the benefit, put it in little bags, and sold it at Revain. How the years have passed My final portion of my brows are thinner than in previous years and instead of spending as much time "filling in" the right way. First I apply this hair gel.
